1. For the dynamic load or key parts of the bolt connection, the spring washer shall be placed according to the provisions of the design scheme, and the spring washer must be set on the side of the nut.  

2. The installation of steel structure bolts shall be able to pass through the holes at will, and forced penetration is prohibited. The diameter of the steel structure bolt connection thick steel plate is slightly larger than that of the bolt, and the hole must be taken for forming.  

3. The bolt bolt connection of steel structure is generally divided into friction connection, prestressed connection and bearing pressure connection. Among them, friction connection is the commonly used foundation connection at this stage.  

4. Installation sequence of steel structure bolts: it shall be carried out from the parts with large bending rigidity to the free ends. For a high-strength bolt at the top of the joint, the initial tightening, re tightening and final tightening shall be carried out from the middle of the bolt group to the surrounding area one by one, and each tightening shall be marked with paint of different colors to avoid missing tightening.

The initial tightening, re tightening and final tightening of steel structure bolts in the same connector shall be carried out within 24 hours. If there is no requirement for the design scheme, it is advisable to carry out the construction technology sequence of first tightening the steel structure bolts and then welding (i.e. first bolting and then welding).
