     2 when installing the member, the bending degree of the member shall not exceed the safety range specified by the corresponding state.

     3. The installed parts of the grid structure shall be clean and free of scratches, missing, obvious gaps, dents and wrong installation, and the corresponding interfaces shall be accurate. In case of wrong installation, the parts shall be replaced as required in time.

     4. The relevant thickness and quality requirements of the paint must meet the error range specified in the design specification to ensure the chromaticity requirements of the overall grid.

     5 the deviation error of the node center position of the built grid structure shall be less than 1.5mm, and the length of the single cone grid shall not be greater than ± 1.5mm

     6 after the installation of all grid structures, the longitudinal and transverse length of grid structures shall be less than L / 2000 and not less than or equal to 30mm, and the center deviation of support shall be less than L / 3000 and not more than 30mm

     7 the height difference between adjacent supports shall be less than or equal to 15mm, and the height difference between the highest point and the lowest point shall be less than or equal to 30mm
No load deflection shall be less than L / 800

     9 the quality inspector shall prepare measuring tools such as theodolite, level gauge, steel tape and auxiliary tool cone, steel ruler, etc. for inspection.

     10 the quality inspection personnel shall stay at the construction site continuously, master the construction situation at any time, make necessary records, improve corresponding data, report the situation to the quality engineer and other superiors in time, and actively and closely cooperate with the work.

     Civil engineering control of quality control of grid structure installation: it is required to place the parts and components to the corresponding positions, not to be disordered and not to be damaged or lost, to ensure that the surface of embedded plate is clean and tidy, the axis position, standard height and geometric dimension are accurate, in addition, it is also necessary to ensure that the vertical and horizontal length deviation is less than 30mm, the center deviation of embedded parts is less than 30mm, and the adjacent embedded parts around are less than 15mm, The maximum height difference of embedded parts around the corresponding area shall be less than 30mm
