       In fact, blackening is a blackening process at room temperature, which can be divided into the following processes. First, the surface corrosion of the high strength nut is washed away.

       After that, the high strength nut must be completely immersed in the degreasing solution; the pH value of the degreasing solution is between 12 and 14, and the soaking time for degreasing is generally 10 to 30 minutes.

       In the degreasing process, it is necessary to vibrate up and down every three to five minutes, and then repeat several times to get to the next step. In particular, if the concentration of liquid is lower than the pH value of 12, degreasing powder should be added. The next step is a simple water washing process, which must be started after cleaning the chemical surface.

       Acid pickling requires pickling solution with pH between 2 and 4. It takes five to ten minutes to complete the pickling process. After that, clean the chemicals.

       When all these processes are completed, the high strength nuts begin to blacken. In a black pool, pour a chemical with a pH of 2.5 to 3.5 to soak the high-strength nuts. It takes 10 to 12 minutes to soak the nuts and then wash them. Finally, the air cylinder can be used for drying and oiling can be used to finish the blackening process.
