Anti loosening measures for high strength nuts

       01. Double nut
       Double nut anti loose, also known as anti nut anti loose. When tightening two countersunk nuts, there is always interactive pressure between the two countersunk nuts. If either nut is to be rotated, friction between the threads needs to be overcome. Even if the external load changes, the pressure between the top nuts always exists, so it can play a relaxation role.

       02. Self locking nut

       The principle of self-locking nut is to press it into the predetermined hole of sheet metal by embossing teeth. In general, the hole diameter of square hole is slightly smaller than that of rivet nut. The nut is used to connect the locking mechanism. When tightening the nut, the locking mechanism locks the bolt thread.

03. Thread locking glue

       The lockstitch adhesive is composed of (meth) acrylate, initiator, accelerator, stabilizer (polymerization inhibitor), dye and filler in a certain proportion.

       04. Split pin

       After tightening the high strength nut, insert the cotter pin into the nut slot and bolt tail hole, and pull the tail of the split pin to prevent the relative rotation of the nut and bolt

       05. Slotted nut

       Slotted nuts are used in combination with perforated screws and split pins to prevent the bolt from rotating relative to the nut.
06. Anti loosing of series steel wire

       Anti loosing of series steel wire is to insert the steel wire into the bolt head hole and connect all bolts in series to restrain each other. It's a reliable way to relax, but it's troublesome to disassemble.
07. Pre tightening

       High strength bolt connections generally do not require additional locking measures, because high-strength bolts usually require relatively large preload. Such a large pre tightening force creates a strong pressure between the high-strength nut and the connecting piece, thus generating friction torque, preventing the nut from rotating and preventing the nut from loosening.
