Introduction and Characteristics of Sleeves
What is a sleeve?
Socket refers to the abbreviation of a socket wrench. Because it is sleeved on various types of wrenches and shaped like a cylinder, it is commonly known as a sleeve and is a commonly used tool for production, maintenance, and daily life.
A socket wrench is composed of multiple sockets with hexagonal or hexagonal holes and equipped with various accessories such as handles and extension rods. It is particularly suitable for tightening bolts or nuts with very narrow or deep recesses.
Features of the sleeve:
1. Adopting international grade 45 steel and special manufacturing process, with high dimensional accuracy and reliable quality.
2. Can be connected Ф 16- Ф 40mm HRB335 and HRB400 ribbed steel bars.
3. After being tested by the National Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, it meets the Class I joint standard in JGJ107-2003.
4. There are three series of standard, forward and reverse screw thread, and reduced diameter types, with 52 varieties, which can meet the requirements for connecting steel bars of the same diameter, different diameter, and adjustable length and direction in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal parts of building structures.
Surface treatment:
(1) Bright chrome: like a mirror, very bright
(2) Chromite: Matte
(3) Electrophoresis: Black with brightness. Under the action of an external DC power supply, charged particles are directed towards the cathode or anode in a dispersed medium, promoting the separation of substances;
(4) Phosphating: Black, but matte. Immerse the sleeve in the phosphating solution and deposit a layer of insoluble crystalline phosphorus on the surface, which is the conversion process of phosphate.
