01. Double nut

Double nut anti loosening, also known as counter nut anti loosening. When tightening two countersunk nuts, there is always interactive pressure between the two countersunk nuts. If either of the two nuts needs to rotate, it is necessary to overcome the friction between the threads. Even if the external load changes, the pressure between the top nuts always exists, so it can play a relaxing role.

02. Self locking nut

The principle of self-locking nuts is to press them into predetermined holes in the sheet metal through embossing teeth. In general, the aperture of a square hole is slightly smaller than that of a rivet nut. Nuts are used to connect the locking mechanism. When tightening the nut, the locking mechanism locks the bolt threads.

03. Thread locking adhesive

The locking adhesive is composed of (methyl) acrylate, initiator, promoter, stabilizer (polymerization inhibitor), dye, and filler in a certain proportion.

04. Split pin

After tightening the high-strength nut, insert the cotter pin into the nut slot and bolt tail hole, and pull the cotter pin tail apart to prevent the nut and bolt from rotating relative to each other

05. Slotted Nut

Slotted nuts are used in combination with perforated screws and split pins to prevent the bolt from rotating relative to the nut.

06. Series steel wire anti loosening

The series of steel wire anti loosening is to insert the steel wire into the bolt head hole, connect all bolts in series, and play a role of mutual restraint. This relaxation method is very reliable, but it is very troublesome to disassemble.

07. Pre tightening

High strength bolt connections generally do not require additional anti loosening measures, as high strength bolts typically require relatively large pre tightening forces. Such a large preload creates strong pressure between the high-strength nut and the connecting piece, resulting in frictional torque, preventing the nut from rotating and preventing it from loosening.
