Definition and Application of High Strength Nuts

Definition of high-strength nuts:

Hexagon nuts are divided into three types according to their nominal thickness: Type I, Type II, and Thin. Nuts above grade 8 are divided into two types: type 1 and type II. Type I hexagonal nuts are the most widely used, with Type 1 nuts divided into three levels: A, B, and C. Grade A and B nuts are suitable for machines, equipment, and structures with low surface roughness and high precision requirements, while Grade C nuts are used for machines, equipment, or structures with relatively rough surfaces and low precision requirements; Type 2 hexagonal nuts have a relatively thick thickness and are often used in situations where assembly and disassembly are frequently required.

Application of high-strength nuts:

Used in high-strength bolt sets, with a strength grade (after heat treatment) of 10, used in conjunction with grade 10.9 bolts.

Nowadays, many power generation equipment and transportation tools, such as airplanes, cars, trains, and ships, are developing rapidly and rapidly. Therefore, locking components such as our nuts also need to follow the trend of rapid development in order to keep up with the pace of development. High strength bolts are mainly used for the connection of some important mechanical equipment, especially for the repeated disassembly and assembly, as well as various assembly methods that require extremely high requirements for nuts. The surface condition and accuracy of the thread will both affect the equipment's use and safety factor.
