Acceptance specification for high strength bolts

First of all, we should check the packaging to see if the packaging box has strong moisture resistance. The box should be a combination packaging of high-strength bolt connection pairs. Different high-strength bolts cannot be mixed together according to regulations. The mass of each box shall not exceed 40kg.

It is entirely up to the manufacturer to choose how to divide the packaging inside the packaging box. On the outside of the packing box, there should be the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the standard number, the batch number, specification and quantity of the product, and the gross weight and other obvious marks. When inspecting the goods, check the product quality inspection report and ex factory certificate provided by the manufacturer in batches.

When leaving the factory, it needs to be tested by batch, and the same batch number is used for the same performance grade and material with the heat number and thread specification length. The bolts with machining, heat treatment and surface treatment processes are of the same batch number.

One thing to note here is that the maximum batch of high-strength bolt connection pairs with guaranteed torque coefficient is 3000 sets.
