Here, it should be noted that if the concentration of the liquid is below the pH value of 12, it is necessary to supplement the degreasing powder. The next step is to perform a simple water washing process. After cleaning the chemical surface, acid washing must begin.

Pickling requires a pickling solution with a pH value between 2 and 4. The pickling process takes five to ten minutes to complete. Afterwards, clean the chemicals thoroughly.

After all these processes are completed, the high-strength nuts begin to turn black. In the black pool, pour chemical reagents with pH values of 2.5 to 3.5 to soak high-strength nuts. Soaking nuts and then cleaning takes ten to twelve minutes. Finally, the blackening process can be completed by drying with a cylinder and applying oil after the drying is completed.
