How to Select Raw Materials for Grid Structure

The key components of the grid structure include seamless steel pipes, high-strength bolts, bearing steel balls, cone heads, plain nuts, rubber bearings, brackets, and connecting components. The quality of each part of the raw materials often poses a particularly important threat to the reliability of grid structures.

1. Seamless steel pipe: Q235B steel in GB700 shall be used, and its quality shall comply with the requirements of the current national industry standard "Carbon Steel" GB700-88. It shall also have compressive strength, elongation, tensile strength, sulfur and carbon moisture content, and pass the cold drawing test. The seamless steel pipes for the grid structure should strictly follow the stages of component cutting sequence number, electric welding, spraying, testing, etc.

According to the requirements of GB/T16939 for grid bolts used for connection points, 40Cr in GB3077 is used. The finished product does not allow any heat treatment cracks in any position or length. The surface compressive strength reaches HRC32-36, and the external thread should comply with 6g in GB197 for General External Thread Tolerances and Fits. The surface should be treated with black and coated with rust inhibitor.

3. The bearing steel ball, anchor bolt ball, adopts the 45 # steel specified in the "Technical Standard for High Quality Carbon Steel" GB699.

4. Cone head: Made of Q235B steel casting.

5. Plain nut: Q235 steel casting is used, and 45 steel casting is used when the high-strength diameter is greater than 30.

6. Rubber bearings, supports, and connecting components are all made of Q235B steel.

The installation and production processing of technical grid structures are crucial and will yield quality advantages. For the characteristics of steel structure grid construction, the grid structure itself is very light, has high compressive strength, occupies a small area, and requires manual service throughout the installation process. There is no need for technical personnel to carry out actual engineering construction operations, and installation is very convenient.
