Mechanical properties and characteristics of high-strength nuts
Nuts with performance levels of 1095 ≥ 8 and 05 must be marked with concave characters on their supporting surfaces or sides, or with convex characters on their chamfered surfaces. Only hexagonal nuts with a thread diameter of ≥ 5mm need to be marked. According to international standards, our company's registered trademark has been added, and it is stipulated that the types of nut threads are marked as follows:
(1) There are many types of threads developed for various countries. Currently, our company produces the following types of threads: M - metric coarse teeth, fine teeth, extremely fine teeth UNC - joint coarse teeth (British system) UNF - joint fine teeth (British system) W - Webster coarse teeth, fine teeth (JIS). In addition, there are 8 thread series (8-UN) and 12 thread series (12-UN) in the British system.
(2) Thread accuracy level:
1. The metric system (DIN, ISO, GB) is divided into 6H and 6G levels. Normally, it is level 6H. The metric Japanese Standard (JIS) is divided into three types: Level I, Level II, and Level III. The usual condition is level II. 2. The English system is usually classified as 1B, 2B, or 3B, and is usually classified as 2B.
3. At present, there are two types of tooth tapping angles used for tooth tapping: 600 and 550600 have metric teeth, English UNCUNF, etc., and 550 has Wechsler teeth, BSW, BSF, etc. 4. The main geometric parameters of the thread are: major diameter, pitch, pitch, and rising angle of the thread
Our main products include high-strength bolts, nuts, steel structural bolts and nuts, hexagonal bolts and nuts, and chemical bolts and nuts.
