How to select the main materials in the grid structure

1. Steel pipe: Q235B steel in GB700 shall be selected, and its quality shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Carbon Structural Steel" GB700-88, and shall have qualified guarantees for tensile strength, elongation, yield strength (or yield point), sulfur, phosphorus, carbon content, and cold bending test. The steel pipes for the grid structure should be strictly numbered, welded, coated, and inspected in accordance with the cutting number of the pole components.

2. High strength bolts: Shall comply with the 10.9 level specified in GB1228-91 "High strength large hexagonal head bolts for steel structures", and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T16939 "High strength bolts for steel grid bolt ball joints". 40Cr in GB3077 shall be selected, and the finished product shall not have quenching cracks at any depth or length. The surface strength shall reach HRC32-36, and the thread shall comply with 6g in GB197 "General Thread Tolerances and Fits", The surface needs to be blackened and coated with anti rust oil.

3. Steel ball: The bolt ball shall be made of grade 45 steel specified in GB699, Technical Conditions for High Quality Carbon Structural Steel.

4. Cone head: Q235B steel forging is selected.

5. Plain nut: Q235B steel forging is selected, and 45 # steel forging is used when the high-strength hole diameter is greater than 30.

6. The supports, brackets, and their connectors are all made of Q235B steel.

The above materials are all factory processed products, and reputable manufacturers of grid structures and accessories should be selected. The construction site of grid structures only needs to assemble, lift, weld, and surface treat the above materials to complete.
