1. Surface rust, oil stains, bolt hole wall burrs, and welding burrs should be cleaned.

2. After treatment of the contact friction surface, it must meet the specified scratch resistance coefficient requirements. The high-strength bolts used must have corresponding nuts and washers, which must be used in combination and cannot be interchanged.

3. When installing the friction surface of processed components, it is not allowed to be contaminated with oil, dirt, and other debris. It is necessary to clean it in a timely manner.

4. During installation, the friction surface of the components should be kept dry. If it is rainy, construction should not be carried out and a delay must be made to ensure the overall effect.

5. Before installation, please strictly check for any problems and correct the deformation of the connecting steel plate. And during the installation process, try not to hammer the bolts to avoid damaging the bolt threads.

6. Electric wrenches are regularly tested during use to ensure accurate torque and operate in the correct tightening sequence.
