Acceptance Specification for High Strength Bolts
Acceptance Specification for High Strength Bolts
Firstly, we need to inspect the packaging to see if the packaging box has strong moisture resistance. The box should be a combination of high-strength bolt connections, and different high-strength bolts cannot be mixed together according to regulations. The mass of each box shall not exceed 40 kilograms.
As for how to split the packaging inside the box, it is entirely up to the manufacturer to choose. On the outside of the packaging box, there should be the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the standard number, the batch number, specifications, and quantity of the product. Strictly, there should also be obvious markings such as gross weight. When inspecting goods, it is necessary to check the product quality inspection report and factory certificate provided by the manufacturer on a batch basis.
The inspection shall be carried out according to the batch when leaving the factory, and the same batch number shall be used for the same performance grade and material, heat number and thread specification length. The bolts for mechanical processing, heat treatment process, and surface treatment process are of the same batch number.
One thing to note here is that the maximum batch size of high-strength bolt connection pairs for ensuring torque coefficient supply is 3000 sets.
