Application characteristics of steel structure bolts

The full name of steel structure bolt is steel structure bolt connection pair, usually not called high strength bolt. Because the construction space required is very small, the electric wrench can be safely used to directly screw off the ring head at the tail. The operation is simple and fast, and it is very convenient to check the construction quality. It does not require professional personnel or equipment. Only by visual inspection to confirm that the plum head has been tightened, can the construction quality be guaranteed.

Each pair of twisted shear bolt connection pair GB / T 3632 includes one bolt, one nut and one washer. When assembling large hexagon head steel structure bolt connection, the side with chamfer under the bolt head washer should face the bolt head; when constructing large hexagon head high strength bolt, torque wrench should be used, which needs large operation space and should be completed in two parts: initial tightening and final tightening. The structure of torsion shear bolt is complicated. Quality inspection also requires torque inspection, which requires professional equipment and quality inspectors.
