What are the common problems of bolt installation in steel structure

Steel structure bolt is the connector of steel frame structure. According to the bearing capacity, it can be divided into general bolt and steel structure bolt. Below, I will introduce the common problems of steel frame structure bolt construction site in detail.  
1. For the bolt connection of dynamic load or key parts, the spring washer should be placed according to the design scheme, and the spring washer must be set on the side of the nut.  
2. The installation of steel structure bolt should be able to penetrate into the hole at will, and forced penetration is prohibited. The diameter of thick steel plate for bolt connection of steel structure is slightly larger than that of bolt, and the hole must be drilled for forming.  
3. The steel structure bolt on time connection mode is generally divided into friction connection, prestressed connection and pressure bearing connection, among which friction connection is the foundation connection mode commonly used at this stage.  
4. Installation sequence of steel structure bolts: it needs to be carried out from the parts with large bending stiffness to the unrestrained random end. For the high-strength bolt on the top of a joint, the initial tightening, re tightening and final tightening should start from the middle of the bolt group to the four sides, and tighten them one by one. Each time of screwing, the paint of different colors should be used to mark to avoid missing tightening.

The initial tightening, re tightening and final tightening of steel structure bolts in the same connector shall be carried out within 24 hours. If there is no design scheme required, it should be carried out according to the construction technology sequence of tightening steel structure bolts before electric welding (i.e. bolt before welding).
